The 2016 Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump would be having a special fundraiser where attendants is by invitation only.
Trump has tasked his campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway to arrange for top musicians who would be performing during this event.
A tall list of musicians have been contacted but Kellyanne says “kanye West is too expensive.”
Kellyanne thinks the fee quoted by Kanye West is a way of indirectly rejecting to perform at the Party’s fundraiser.
According to the campaign Manager, Kanye West would only perform for a billion dollar, “Yes he said he can perform for only a billion dollar and nothing else” – Kellyanne screamed.
According to Page Six, West made it clear he was all for Trump, but a source close to West says the Grammy Award winner supporting Trump is “totally untrue.”
According to the Federal Election Commission, West has already contributed to Clinton’s campaign.
On July 28, 2015, West donated $2,700 to Hillary for America (his mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, contributed the very same amount a few weeks later on Aug. 13). Prior to that, he donated $15,000 to the Democratic National Committee on Oct. 16, 2014 (days earlier, on Oct. 10, 2014, Kardashian also made the same donation to the DNC).
West also performed at a Democratic fundraiser at The Warfield in San Francisco last October.
